So let me tell you about the hotel first before I explain why I’m actually writing a review, which I usually don’t. It’s completely clean, the staff is very friendly and the view you’ve got from the balcony is stunning! Definitely a no brainer I will book this hotel again next time I visit this lovely city. And here’s what convinced me the most: We were planning our trip but didn’t know how to proceed from Nuwara Eliya so we asked the receptionist (I’m so sorry I don’t know his name :( !) One hour later he organised three trip options with personal driver/ train and activities. After we had chosen which one it’d be we had to make small adjustments and again half an hour later after calling several people he had our upcoming 5 days fully planned! And on top of that for the cheapest price possible! Thank you so much, hope to be there again!

My room in the hotel was large, the bed comfortable and had a fantastic view over the lake. The hotel interior was modern, very clean and well maintained. The wifi worked well in my room and elsewhere in the hotel that I visited. Top marks to all the staff who were brilliant! Very nice people indeed who were always available and happy to help with anything you needed. I only had one meal and breakfast in the restaurant, but both were excelllent. I'd say overall, the hotel is very good value.

Exceptional location with a view of the Gregory Lake. You can watch the sunrise and sip on your tea from the Lake Facing room's balcony. The property is just 20 m from Gregory Lake. Very clean rooms We ordered Sri Lankan breakfast on both days and were completely satisfied. Great in taste and freshly made Very helpful manager and staff. The staff made sure that both our kids got corn flakes/chocos with milk and fruits for breakfast You will not be disappointed with this property

The location is great. it’s in front of the lake and also so closer to the city. The staff was really nice and helpful. IJAZ particularly was so helpful and flexible. we got breakfast packs arranged on a short, last minute notice to go to Horton Plains early in the morning. He also accommodated our late checkout request although there were many bookings in hand.

One of the very best breakfast I had so far ' excellent taste ' And very good staff including the general manager ' very friendly ' very professional and the best hospitality I had so far . Hotel is in a great location .
